Improve Business Academy is an 8-week, nationwide, company-focused upskilling and guidance program for unemployed individuals with a higher education degree.
We have great success in helping job seekers move into their next permanent role. During the program, we ensure that all participants are matched with a company and begin a relevant internship.
The result for our job-seeking candidates is an in-depth understanding of new companies and industries, new skills, and a job search strategy that works.

Upskilling & Implementation
You have the flexibility to select modules that address your current learning needs. Instead of a fixed curriculum, you are free to focus on developing the skills you want to strengthen. While you can tailor your journey, our consultants are ready to advise on which modules will be most relevant based on your goals. In the final 4 weeks, you’ll intern with the company you have been working with on the case and an implementation plan, initiating the implementation. This means you make a real impact while expanding your network and gaining relevant experience.
