The Capital Region
We match participants with local companies and combine courses in project management and business development with an internship. The course portion is conducted online, while the company collaboration takes place on-site. Here, participants engage in practical project management, each working with their own company and development project to manage over the six-week period.
Agile project management, particularly through frameworks like Scrum, emphasizes flexibility, rapid adaptation, and continuous improvement. These methods are especially valued in a time when businesses often need to navigate rapidly changing market conditions.

Upskilling & Implementation
You have the flexibility to select modules that address your current learning needs. Instead of a fixed curriculum, you are free to focus on developing the skills you want to strengthen. While you can tailor your journey, our consultants are ready to advise on which modules will be most relevant based on your goals. In the final 4 weeks, you’ll intern with the company you have been working with on the case and an implementation plan, initiating the implementation. This means you make a real impact while expanding your network and gaining relevant experience.
